~green eyes: No one ever picked up when I called on ********,I thought I would wait until after the first of the year to try again, still no one ever picked up on ******. The wait time listed is only part of the total time I was on hold which amounted to * hours and ** minutes. Totally unacceptable. Would this problem make me consider another carrier when time comes in October to change providers, probably.*Really United Health care get your customer service act together for the good of your clients.
