~Lauren : AT&T is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Having worked in customer service before it is common practice to ensure the customer's needs are being met. With AT&T their objective is clearly to inconvenience the customer as much as possible. Upon transferring Uverse service from my old to new apartment I was given an installation date of October **th. On October **th I received an email from AT&T saying they had been at my residence on October **th and I had "missed" my scheduled appointment. Interesting that I missed an appointment I was NEVER notified of considering I was told the technician would come on October **th. When I called customer service none of the * service representatives I spoke to in a two hour time period took accountability for their (AT&T's) error, but rather bounced me from rep to rep all of whom told me that the earliest someone could come back out was November *th. I informed them I needed internet due to being enrolled in an online class

~Lauren : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Lauren : For that I would say four out of five.
