GetHuman-20617: This number is for DSL tech support. I called at *:**PM PDT on Friday. They could not help me with cancelling service. Could not transfer me because it was too late (after *PM). Gave me a phone number to call on weekend. Person said hours for this number are *am-*PM M-F. Was told it was the same for weekend as well. I'll find out tomorrow. BTW I tried the **** number and spent ** minutes one day and ** minutes another day on hold. Found out the *nd day that I was probably on hold for part of the time when they were closed (after *PM). After that experience I was shocked to reach a human in under *mins.
