GetHuman-75642: At&t service is horrible , even the IVR , same question is being repeated ,if somehow , manage to talk to rep , they are not ready to help . just know how to transfer the call , given different numbers, not ready to listen , either transferring the call or disconnecting it , the service is really pathetic , if given a choice , would never go with AT&T and advice others also not to go with AT&T .
