~Ugh AT&T: Spoke to a guy who didn't seem to communicate well in English. Called again, got a woman named Rose *(she said). Asked what country she was in. She said it was against AT&T POLICY to say. Asked her what continent. She said she couldn't tell me. Ugh. *Finally told her my phone issue--she said she needs my email, so she can forward my request to the right department. She STILL couldn't help. *ATT *****!!!! Am going to TMobile
