GetHuman-edandev: This is all about horrible service by AT&T Techs in Spring Hill, TN
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-edandev: I was told the reason my DSL Internet line was going down everyday was done purposely by AT&T to get me on U-verse. I bit the bullet and switched. The install tech was just horrible. Messed up my computer. Would not explain anything. I was on the phone that day from ** a.m. to * p.m. Finally get an appointment for another rep next day and he sends me a text that I'm not home. I was at the front window the entire day waiting. On the phone again for * hours and get no where. Now they tell me AT&T won't allow to switch back to DSL. Furious in Spring Hill, TN. NEVER call AT&T.

GetHuman-edandev: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-edandev: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-edandev: For that I would say four out of five.
