~jackinmissionviejo: Have been waiting nearly a month to have land line service which was promised to take ** minutes by sails person. Have called at lease a dozen different numbers with over ** calls. Calls rarely get returned and our problem still isn't fixed. There are many other similar att service complaints. So why do we put up with this and how do they stay in business?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jackinmissionviejo: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jackinmissionviejo: For that I would say four out of five.
