~sickandtired: I ordered a craddle mattress and paid for express delivery and never got my order. I called them to ask why I did not get my order and the girl had no response but to say she was sorry. She told me I could not get my money back til I got the order and sent it back. It has been over a week and I still do not have my order. I called again today and was put on hold for over ** minutes. I finally called my credit card company to disute this.
