~lchandle: They never sent my shipping number, I called three times for updates where they told me it was shipping, then that it would arrive the next day and then that it didn't have an expected arrival date. Turns out it was lost by FedEx and all three times I called they hadn't noticed that it said it had been 'on truck for delivery' for ** days! They didn't have another product to send and didn't give me ANYTHING for my two months of trouble. Will never shop here again.
