~Bad service: We have a bad experience , last year we went to Ecuador, the day we came back they said they sorry they overbook and there were not more place in the airplane for us (we were like * hours early ), we were offer * ways tickets for each of us if we stay there , even I was going to be late to work and my kids need to be back we step up and said ok, now they said the tickets are just one way and even the last time we call they could not fine the tickets we of course thinking we were talking with trustworthy and of course been in another country did not reed the tickets, know we can not used the tickets .I'm so mad tomorrow I will call consumer affair and talk about this. And of course in all the communication that I know . Is so bad that your company miss lead customers. But since I have time I will make sure I will make sure people will know these and that goes to the news.
