GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman-margarit: we bought our tickets from Sacramento to Mexico roundtrip ,on the day of our trip we get an email saying Aeromexico canceled the nonstop flight to Mexico and back to Sacramento. We now had to travel from Sacramento to Guadalajara and then to Mexico City. Our return trip back home we had to do the same Mexico City to Guadalajara and the to Sacramento. We had already made pick up arrangements and had to reschedule new ones due to our flight change, that was our first disappointment. On February *th on our way back home we get to the airport and we are told that we do not have a booked flight even though I had the email proving we did. This guy behind the counter blamed ME for us not having a reservation instead of checking with a supervisor first. We missed our *pm flight . We went to ask another Aero Mexico employee she sent us to a supervisor who helped us but we had already missed our flight. And it turns out that it was Aeromexicos fault in Sacramento airport that input the wrong information the day we left. We finally leave the Mexico airport at *pm not *pm and land in Los Angeles at midnight and have to wait there until *:** am to catch a flight to Sacramento. So instead of getting home at *:** pm Saturday we get home on Sunday at *am.We are very disappointed on trip with Aeromexico . GetHuman-margarit: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Aeromexico's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-margarit: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-margarit: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Aeromexico to know who you are.
