GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Air China customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-zanwang: Called the *** number at least * times. Nobody at all. Every time it states "Press * to continue..." over and over. After a couple of times it just flat hung up.**The luggage info is wrong on their official website, it states for all the America routes, economy passengers can check in two free luggage. When I called the customer service in CHINA (since I could not understand why they have a useless *** number in US), I was told it is one luggage for economy passenger. Speechless. Will do my best to avoid air china from now on.
