GetHuman-382447: Could only talk to a computer when I called that routed me to a tow service ** miles away that could'nt respond for hours. When that provider routed me back to customer service I got to talk to someone in India who couldn't understand my address. When I finally got the number for the second tow service and called them directly I discovered they only had one working tow truck that would not fit where my vehicle was stranded. I gave up and called one of the ** listed towing companies in the local phone booka and got service withing ** min. I'm canceling my coverage
