~SHellylion: Member since **** ,I would have feelings of panic if I had to call them the customers service is HORRIBLE and thats putting it mildly, the only thing I could make out of what this man was saying was " throw rocks at the BP " another time I had to use every description imaginable to get him to understand that the color of my car was blue...Id say blue,he would say green,Id say No, blue like the sky, he"d say Oh red? Id say NO blue ..like red plus green makes blue! ..I had to hang up on them so many taking ** min extra time battling english barriers , I just begged my friend to call them just to avoid the frustration, slow service from their own providers because the towing companies they have cannot understand them either and they want the motor club to fax towing company proof of payment from allstate before any tow trucks can leave on dispatch to tow club members because they do not pay them ! I had to call allstate motor club for the towing company that contacted me informing
