~Mercuryman: Oh my gosh! I signed up for Allstate again after having my membership lapse and in ** hours this company has managed to turn a potentially satisfied loyal member into an enraged one! I won't even get into all the madness surrounding the fact that you have to speak to someone in a Indian call center who cannot deviate from a script and poorly communicates with you but beyond that they reinstated my policy only to mischarge me, backdate charges for times I did not even HAVE the service and on top of that fail to cover the towing charges I had yesterday as a Platinum member! Folks save yourself the aggravation and go with AAA.
