~JB: Worst service ever. I waited for ** hrs for help to come. I had to call three diferent times for help because the first two times the person I spoke to did not initialize my call.( they did not get me my help) I eventually spoke to a supervisor and got the help I needed but had to speek very slow becuase of the language barrier. On my fist call the person told me I should try to get help from some other company or try calling arround for help myself. I own a small business I have told many of my customers my poor experience I am also changing the service to go with AAA. This service is truley a huge joke. The sad thing is that the calls are going overseas.

~JB: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~JB: For that I would say two out of five.
