GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Amazon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Veqqia: I will inform everyone that Amazon false advertises free shipping. You will be told that the shipping is free in you cart for orders over $**.**... you will be instructed to proceed to checkout and when you do, you are told that you can select free shipping for a shipping option... Once you enter billing information, your order is completed with shipping. I was able to cancel my order and when I contacted Amazon, they told me that the order does not have free shipping. This is just false advertisement to make you purchase more items. Will try my best to avoid Amazon in the future, but in the event I am not able to, I will be sure to be aware of the scandal and I suggest others do the same. Thank you. Wonderful customer service.
