~jack: AHS knows how to make money.They are charging more service fees and premium every year but the quality of services has gone down. They contract a cheapest and jobless people to come to fix and cannot fix. In fact some of the repair men do not know how to open the unit and I nhave to open for them. he pulls out everything and puts back in a wrong way. the unit never works. When complain they send another idiot and same problem but charge again another service fee of *$ **.*There is no responsible to answer the complain. Does the company has manager or CEO ?
