~Lori-Jo McGilchrist: zero, I have been trying to send a thank you card to my sister, and no way will you do this, so many I'm sorry's, I tried to send a greeting on birth daughters days, nothing went through, what the heck is going on????, I paid you and you are sorry that you can't chat, you can't help, say paste it to my browser, nothing happens, why don't you just admit that you are failing, and going out of business, if you are not, why are you ripping me off, so sick of dealing with you! good night!
