~blahblahblah: thanks for the number. Amtrak ***** cause they don't have to run like a real business. This is a liberal talking, they should travel everywhere and have a functional website and customer service but they dont have to work with a bottom line hanging over thier head and arent capitalized enough to provide a quality service. So in the end you can't expect much 'cause its not a business, its an half-assed service of government, same reason our poor are underutilized cause the government can only give them half enough help to get them up and running. Half our population is dumb or short-sighted so our govenment isn't allowed to do a quality job at anything cause only the good half of society would suport it and the other half gets a vote so they keep anything from actually working and then say "see?" when it doesn't work. Look at the health care system....i digress. amtrak is another load of ****, thats just how it is.

~blahblahblah: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amtrak's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~blahblahblah: For that I would say five out of five.

~blahblahblah: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Amtrak to know who you are.
