GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-shaanah: Was waiting at self checkout for help for * minutes whilst staff there were free and busy chatting at the Halifax UK branch at **:** as a young Muslim I wasn't helped until all other and baskets were given out. Both the two worker that were there decided to chat whilst I waited patiently this has now happens to me on several times within the same branch. I believe that the staff there discriminate young people (Aged **-**) for much old people.

GetHuman-shaanah: For that I would say five out of five.
