If your bill is exceptionally high and you want your meter looked at, customer service has to make an appointment with someone else to call you. They don't have your name and you are told to push "*" if you're the "valued customer" looking for service. As soon as you hit * a sound that is sort of like a busy signal but in a much higher range starts and doesn't stop. You do not get a call back nor does their * come up on your phone when they call. It's a * digit then a dash then * digits. I've made * calls to the Customer service * on my bill which is the same one on this site and the same thing has happened * times even afer talking to a supervisor.
