~anonymous: Been calling since *am, they make me hold for **mins telling me I can't pay for a bill without account holder. Call again when he's with me, hold for another ** mins and finally get someone and since my dad (account holder) who don't speak english that well we needed a translator which we had to hold again and of course we somehow get disconnect. So we had to start all over and I have no idea why they could not have called me back when they have our phone number. So we call back amd this time it took us **minutes to get a representative on the line and we were talk for a good **mins back and fourth between the translator, the rep, my dad, and myself and all of a sudden we got disconnected. So here I am, *:**pm with my problem still unsolved. And I'm still on hold while typing this review. I'm just trying change account holder names and it should only take *mins...
