~disappointed in the monopoly i: This is the worst company to deal with. Their reps are incompetent and they are very uncompassionate with the elderly. They cut my electric off in the middle of winter in single digit numbers. I had to leave my home and go live elsewhere. They will not help with a budget plan. They are horrible and I thought it was against the law to turn someones electric off in the middle of winter especially with someone that is ** years old!!!! You should all be ashamed of yourself!
