~Gary Preston: We just came back from the South High store . We got there around **:** Had a great waitress . At times there was no one in the grill area . We waited and waited for our food . When we did see someone there they didn't look like they were cooking or getting our orders done . After about ** minutes we finally got our food . It was good but very late . They weren't busy at all . Yes there was other customers seated but they were not that busy . Others have told me that the service has gone way below where it was several months back . We are seeing this also . I hope they don't force us to go somewhere else for food . Just thought you needed to know . Best regards , G.P.
