~bob: We visited Bonefish last Friday, January **, **** for the first time and it was not good. We were expecting a lot more from a first class restaurant that just opened up a few weeks ago in Brooksville. FL. The quality of the food, service and cost were very disappointing. My tuna steak dinner was tough, either one of the fish sauce was not to my liking that also includes the salad dressing I chose (I did have other choices but I didn't bother). I paid $**.** for the tuna dinner and it was not worth *** the cost the restaurant charged. Tuna is supposed to be a very excellent fish but in this case it was not to my liking at all. My wife ordered chicken and the chicken was burnt, over-cooked and very dry. Plus the taste was gone. I am really surprised over our experience at Bonefish. I've heard a lot about Bonefish and they were all very favorable. If truly believe if your overall quality doesn't improve I doubt if Bonefish will experience any longevity at his location.*Very Disappo
