~Sue: We went to Bonefish Grill on Hwy ** in Spring Hill, FL yesterday intentionally to use the $** coupon that we had not used in a prior visit when the server said each couple with a separate check could use the coupon. We used the free "bang bang shrimp" coupon my husband received for his birthday instead. We talked friends into coming with us last night because we could use a coupon each. The manager (Keelyn) absolutely refused in spite of what we told her we'd been told two weeks earlier as well as what a friend told me she experienced when the server gave all the guests the $** coupon off their individual bills when they didn't even have it! I understand that some people take advantage, but we had not and Keelyn truly could have cared less. As such, we had one drink each, ordered one order of bang bang shrimp, paid our bill and went to Carrabba's (your sister restaurant) across the street when their coupon was per check and not per table.
