~Richard: I work at a car dealership * blocks from a BK restaurant. We eat there once or twice every week. I won't speak for any of my coworkers but my order is wrong a lot. Today I ordered the Original Chicken meal, advertised online for $*.**. I got a whopper jr sandwich and was charged $*.**. I complained and was told "we don't have that deal" I checked after getting back to the office. It's called a King Deal. This shouldn't be that hard. There's a McDonald's immediately next door. Is this my only remedial customer service option? Even now there is no place for contact information. How will you fix this if you don't know who I am? -Rich *** *** ****
