GetHuman-74587: I have been a loyal customer of c spire , cellular south for over ** years now, and this is not the first time I have had bad customer service but by far the absolute worse one yet! I have never ever been so humiliated , or talk to in such a manner where I was pretty much being degraded and treated like a child the customer service reps I spoke to on the phone were not to bad ! But they still have me the run around an gave me false information which led me to going up to a c spire location only to be told something completely different and scorned and treated very rudely in public for all other customers to see by one of your reps! I walked out of there very unhappy and still the problem hasn't been resolved .. So I guess I will be taking all * phone lines we have and going to a new company! Because I absolutely refuse to be treated like this ever again by someone that is suppose to helpful to me and I got complete opposite! Very bad for your company having people that represent your
