~Klse92@aol.com: Every time I go to pick up med I have to wait whether it is inside or drive up.people working in the pharmacy are the worst I have ever run into. When I do get calls for pickup and do the waiting time only to find out they did not run both insurances and I have to come back. Walgreens was * times better. There is no customer service. I use store ****. Need some one to train them or fire them all!

~Klse92@aol.com: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Klse92@aol.com: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CVS customers?
