~Hate carfax: You will never be able to speak to a person. You are sent into phone tree **** then a message will tell you to email them your questions. Hit zero and the phone tree will tell you an operator is not available.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CarFax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CarFax problem?
~Hate carfax: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Hate carfax: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CarFax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Hate carfax: For that I would say one out of five.
