~ranz: Customer service was excellent, more so than the service I received at store *****...(To help improve your quality of service, WHY is there NO *-**** on the outside of your bag?) ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR BAG YOU HAVE A WEBSITE TO GO ONLINE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT...IF, A PERSON IS POOR, DOESN'T OWN A COMPUTER, TO FILE A COMPLAINT WUD BE A HARDSHIP....i BELIEVE, A PERSON WON'T MAKE A COMPLAINT ....BUT, YOUR COMPETITION HAS A WEBSITE AND *-*** NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BAG...*McDonalds**I'm just saying if i had to depend on a website to make a complaint, and didn't own a computer, I, don't believe, i would make a complaint going thru all that trouble to report an incident*
