~Greg: I called because a Carls Jr. did not give me what I requested. I paid for a more expensive burrito and they gave me a less one. I actually expected the customer service representative to compensate me somehow or give me a free burrito or something, but that did not happen. She just filed a report and said she would try to get the district mgr. to call me back. I kind of expected more. I thought they would compensate me.

~Greg: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Greg: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Carl's Jr.'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Greg: For that I would say one out of five.
