GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman7404: I used a coupon code on the website but when I hit the button "complete booking," my card was charged the full-price, as if the coupon had never existed! I did this all within a *-minute window, so I know my session didn't expire. I called customer service twice and they won't honor the coupon, they say I should've read the T&C more closely?!
