~hrvster: Citibank engages in "hide the money" scam with debit* promotional & rebate cards!*Citibank cards are used by companies to send a customer rebates & refunds. Citibank makes it difficult to impossible to locate those funds and restore them to their rightful owner- the customer. The "good thru" date on the card once reached drops from Citibank system and they make it impossible to retrieve the balance on the card. Citibank holds those funds in trust for the customer. Citibank violates that trust by taking those funds for their own use refusing to re-issue a new card and denying the card ever existed. This appears to be a fraud upon the consumer.
