~Steeler Fan: I called to transfer the account to the new owner. All they wanted to do was disconnect and not transfer to the new owner. The representative did not help me at all. I found out the new owner had called * hours earlier and they had no record of it. I had to spell the name of the street * times. She was really incompetent!!!
