~pauleygw1954: I have been a customer of Columbia Gas for over ** years. *Recently I became disabled, lost my job and could NOT pay the monthly SUMMER fees (the fees you charge all summer for NOT using gas and we dont get them back or even a credit for them, you know the ones, the dishonest way of getting money from customers) My gas was shut off as I begged to give me ONE week to come up with the money, my ** year old mother was going to pay this out of her social security check. But they would not work with me at all and shut me off. *NOW they want to punish me and charge me a ** a month security deposit for * months. Columbis Gas sees a weakness in a customer and they go in for the kill. I am currently waiting on a disability claim, and i have very little money coming in from family, I am struggling to stay alive and COLUMBIA GAS wants MORE MORE MORE, and its just a SICK evil cycle of GREED on YOUR part. Cant you have ANY compassion? Why are you such a HATED company and so full of GREED??? BACK OF
