GetHuman-133755: As a new customer, it makes no sense that they expect you to go to their site and pick up the equipment and do your own self activation. *nd my cable box (brand new) was not working. On the phone with customer service for ** mins* trouble shooting did not work. Technician could not come out til * days later after pick this equipment and no established cable service. Then on the day of the appointment they call to say no tech was coming* had to reschedule my appt now having to take time off from work. Dealing with customer service that is outsourced to the Philippines is not helpful along with the language barrier. Customer service in general not courteous, unprofessional. I can't wait for Verizon FIOS as I will drop Comcast faster than you can blink.
