~Anon: Customer for less than * months and have had ** service outages ( no I'm not exaggerating) during that time period. I sent an email and received a return call from Huntsville, AL which I missed while having staples taken out. The number left on my voice-mail was not in service. I called this number and they immediately emailed & called the agent & her team lead and I am now waiting for a return call. If no one calls there will be an issue but as of now they seem to be responsible.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~Anon: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anon: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anon: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~Anon: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
