GetHuman-225110: I am not exaggerating when I say that I am seriously considering selling my condo just to escape Comcast. The ** minute wait was the time spent on hold, only to finally hear a recorded message, asking for my phone number. Today I put my curent Comcast charges on my credit card, arrived home to watch the evening news, only to find that my service had been *turned off. Comcast is the most hopeless customer service organization I have ever encountered, and I can only spew venom upon Comcast. You might worry that this review would make my service worse, but that is impossible, because I have no service. Is there actually a human being at Comcast who cares? I have not been able to find them.
