GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~DF: I have waited * weeks to have my services hooked up. THEY missed the first installation window they scheduled for me and when I tried calling, I got passed around to * different people. I was given a local number to call however every time I tried calling, I received a pre-recorded message that said "all circuits are currently busy" and I would be hung up on automatically. I finally got through to someone the next day and I was told my account didn't exist. I felt completely violated in having already provided my SSN to a rep previously however no record of my address or account?? It took them another week to set up an account for me and schedule a new installation. So much wasted time and I haven't even started service yet. Way to make a first impression on a new customer!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~DF: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DF: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DF: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~DF: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
