GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Felicia: Promise, promises. Comcast sure can talk the talk.*Yes....you reach a live person, only to be told a case is being created and my complaints*concerns would be sent to 'my local Comcast'....who will contact me within **hrs. I'm again having problems with this crappy service AND I have to wait until someone calls me back. I'll wait...right now I have no choice....but I'm definitely calling AT&T. I'm so regretting letting my husband talk me into switching from them in the *st place. And why do my calls ALWAYS dropped when I select the prompt to speak to an agent, when calling *- ***Comcast?

~Felicia: For that I would say three out of five.

~Felicia: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
