~Conned Customer: They *) would not change the primary name over the phone-- has to be done in person-- NO service center in my area!!**) when I said I'd had no WIFI for * wks and wanted it fixed AND a credit to my acct, she "claimed" her system was down and could not address the problem. *IT ISN'T ABOUT THE CUSTOMER-- IT IS ALL ABOUT COMCAST AND THEIR CON GAMES TO COLLECT FEES!!!!!!
