~Dan: At a Comfort Inn in Colorado, I was attempting to check in using a "free night" coupon. The clerk had never seen it before, and accused me of attempting to defraud them. I called the cust. service number, and explained what was happening, and within ** seconds the clerk was profoundly apologetic and checked me in. Excellent!
