~Leslie: Mariela Garcia in the Naperville IL store (*****) was incredibly helpful. When someone grabbed the last pair of boots in my size almost literally out of my hand, Mariela located a pair in my size at another store and arranged for them to be held over the entire weekend until Monday (from Friday night). I drove to the store the following day and the boots were waiting for me as promised. Mariela also found a way to save me $** on the purchase, which was also honored by the other store. She is very customer focused and friendly - a great asset to DSW!
