~Huntercason: Have been customer for over three years. Pay $**.***month for Tech. Service. Problem encountered, no power light on box. company gave a one-week lead time for service. Not acceptable, I asked for new box by overnight express but they refused. I opted to cancel service, they said would mail boxes so I could ship their eqpt back or pay $***.**. I asked why they couldn't ship new eqpt in those boxes and I would not need a Technician? They said No! I cancelled my $***.** per month service and I have Cox cable today.

~Huntercason: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Huntercason: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Huntercason: For that I would say one out of five.

~Huntercason: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DirecTV to know who you are.
