~Duke customer no service: Customer service was customer No service, Duke billed me in error and won't fix the bill. They gave me wrong information, then changed it costing me $***.** in charges for an empty house. Duke is the worst power company I have ever dealt with. Customer NO service all they do is say how sorry they are do exactly nothing to rectify their mistakes. Every operator gives you a different story and they never get back in touch with you as they promise, hopefully another company provides in this area, they ****
