~Petra: I had been in my home for ** years, Duke Energy just * month and can say they have the worst and rudest customer service in English, Spanish,that I had never before. Plus brute and ignorant.Please Duke Energy CEO make notice or be part. This is the worst service ever as a homeowner. What a disgrace.
