~Ron Ferrell: I tried to communicate with Duke for an by email and telephonically. I have to say that no results were satisfactory. It started with the robo-lady. I reported to the first person I spoke to that it was beyond user friendly. I would have made it more user friendly by starting with who you are and not the services you provide or easy to you by your staff. I had poor phone service on my last call when the lady could not find the street I was referencing after * tries. I had to have my real estate agent find the address the meter belonged to and it was not the address I purchased by the meter numbers matched. The last person I spoke with was not interested in that number and only in the address and the spelling of the name of the street. It bothers me that such people are in charge of nuclear plants. If you can't start with getting service started, how can I know if you can respond appropriately started.*When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she said she could not do that. To

~Ron Ferrell: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
