~Paul Edson: Out of town. Wanted to obtain my curren bill. Usually sent bill via e-mail. Missed it or did not get it this month. was asked for SSN. date of birth, name, telephone number at which point I said no more. Was advised I could not be helped without giving more information. I refused and suggested that an email be sent. The only response was to provide the information he asked for to be helped or to "push number *" during the computer response when I dialed. I advised that is what I did, and was refered to this guy.*Absolutely crazy customer "help". I advised no payment until you have told me what my bill is. If I had an option for power, believe me, I would take it. *Paul Edson*Otto, N.C.

~Paul Edson: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~Paul Edson: For that I would say five out of five.
